I was just home to see my niece Abby for her 4th birthday. Grandma, Abby, Kelsey, Angela and I had a slumber party where we made pizzas, watched Thumbalina, and wore piggy tails. So fun!!
Abby called me yesterday and asked me if it was snowing here. It has been alot. Here are a couple pics of the snow. It melts some but we have a good inch on the ground all the time.
This is my favorite Bronco's fan Natalie. Her mom, Holly, and dad, Todd, are great friends of ours so I had to post these precious pics of her. Go Bronco's - NOT!!!! Go Vikings as always.....
We also went to the Sioux Falls Zoo while we were camping. Abby and Kelsey had alot of fun. Here are a few pics. We went of the merry go round and rode the train!
My dad retired July 30th and when we asked him what he wanted to do to celebrate, he said "Go camping with my family." So that is what we did. Jake and I met my family at the Yogi Bear Jellystone Campground in Sioux Falls, SD. It was sort of half way between MN and CO. Abby & Kelsey really loved Yogi and BooBoo. Here are some pics.....more to come......
My grandfather Alven "Bops" passed away August 2nd and I flew home to be with my mom and my family. Bops will be missed but we have many wonderful memories. My grandmother Aggie is now in Viewcrest nursing home and I got to spend some time with her helping her get settled.
Every summer, Baxter and I participate in the Canine 4K, a benefit walk for L.A.P.S. This year some of my friends from the Dam and their dogs joined us. Below are Nicole & Maverick (her son Lukas is in the stroller), me & Baxter, Tiffany & Murphy, Neta & Aggie, and Sara & Caiman.
